This Saturday night, Roots 29: Redemption Song takes over the Melbourne Pavilion, showcasing an exciting lineup of both Victorian and interstate Muay Thai talent.
In the international main event, Victoria’s rising Super Welterweight standout Daniel Matthews steps into the ring for a five-round battle against American Muay Thai prospect Max Cruz in a clash that promises fireworks.
Victoria’s Zac “Forza” La Sala is looking to bounce back after his professional debut loss, as he welcomes Eli Evitt back to the ring. Originally based in Perth, Evitt returns from a layoff and now resides and fights out of Strike Studio in Victoria
In the Middleweight division, fast-rising talent Jack “The Manager” Bennett, representing 8 Blade Warriors Gym, is set to face North Queensland’s Deegan Martin, a tough contender fighting out of Boxon Muay Thai.
Also on the card, an exciting Super Lightweight matchup sees Victoria’s seasoned Quang Pham take on Sydney’s promising rising prospect Kobe Sandilands, fighting out of SRG Thaiboxing.
