Live from Melbourne Pavilion, the next generation of Australian Muay Thai talent took centre stage at ROOTS 32: START A FYAH, delivering a stacked night of action featuring rising prospects, interstate matchups, and an international Thai vs Thai main event showdown.

In the main event, Morakot Muay Thai’s Captain Aun showcased his class in his Australian debut, outscoring Samat Lek across three entertaining rounds to secure a decision victory.

The standout performance of the night once again belonged to Western Australia’s rising star Courtney Lockley, who stole the show with a devastating second-round head kick knockout over Victorian fan favourite Brittany Thomas.

Riddlers Gym’s Lockley perfectly timed finish marked back-to-back highlight-reel KO victories as she continues her impressive run through the professional ranks. The finish immediately places her among the frontrunners for the 2026 AUS MuayThai Knockout of the Year.

Representing 8 Blade Warriors, Dassakorn Saton delivered one of the biggest wins of his career, producing a composed performance to outpoint experienced Victorian veteran Ben “Big Higgins” Higgins over three rounds.

Victoria’s Rosie Felberg also secured a stoppage victory in her professional rematch against Sydney’s Nong Bee, landing the elbow that opened a fight-ending cut in the opening round.

New South Wales State Champion Jake Landells from PTJ Muay Thai showcased his strong clinch game and composure as he picked up the biggest victory of his career, defeating experienced campaigner Dean Vujic over three rounds.
