MTL 15 – Fight Card Preview, How To Watch, Livestream, Tickets

Muay Thai League takes over Brisbane this Saturday with MTL 15, bringing an elite lineup of Australian and international fighters to the South Bank Piazza. With WBC World, Oceania, and Nai Khanom Tom titles on the line, plus a high-stakes Super Welterweight 4-Man Tournament, the event is set to deliver one of the biggest nights of Australian Muay Thai in 2025.

The main event sees Brisbane powerhouse Jonathan “The Prodigy” Aiulu face off once again with Adelaide’s Matt “The Package” Stevens. This five-round rematch, years in the making, will crown the inaugural WBC Oceania Super Welterweight Champion.

In the semi-main event, Gold Coast standout Cassidy “Butch” Harberfield takes on Petch Sitmonchai of Thailand in an international clash for the WBC Nai Khanom Tom title.

Brisbane’s own Lucy Deadman makes her first WBC World Title defence, meeting Japanese kickboxing specialist Nadeshiko in a classic Muay Thai vs Kickboxing showdown for world honours.

The highly anticipated 4-Man Super Welterweight Tournament features a mix of proven talent and rising stars. Billy “Badass” Coulter brings experience, Ashton “Red Roo” Johnston enters as the current WBC and WMC QLD State Champion, Victorian prospect Daniel Matthews adds youthful firepower, and late replacement Caleb “The Inspector” Curley steps in to complete the bracket.

Another highlight is the Australian debut of RWS Muay Thai standout Denzel Thakun, who returns from a successful run in Thailand to face Sabai Muay Thai’s Ben “Warboy” Wilson.
