Chadd Collins Set for Historic Rajadamnern Stadium Title Shot at RWS Muay Thai
Australian Muay Thai star Chadd Collins is set to make history as he prepares for his RWS Muay Thai debut, challenging for the prestigious Rajadamnern Stadium Super Lightweight Title on Saturday, April 18 in Bangkok, Thailand.
Fighting out of Strikeforce Gym on the Gold Coast, the 30-year-old will become the first Australian male to challenge for a Rajadamnern Stadium title, stepping onto one of the sport’s most iconic stages with history on the line.
Representing Japan’s RISE Kickboxing promotion, Collins will face reigning champion Dam Parunchai for the 140lb Rajadamnern Stadium Championship.
Widely regarded as Australia’s pound-for-pound number one, Collins brings one of the most decorated resumes in Australian combat sports into the bout. He is a WBC, WMC and WMO Muay Thai World Champion, as well as a RISE Kickboxing World Champion, underlining his elite status across both Muay Thai and kickboxing on the global stage.
The opportunity also marks Collins’ return to Rajadamnern Stadium for the first time in eight years, where he has previously defeated notable Thai names including Seksan and Sakmongkol. Now ranked #3 in the Rajadamnern Stadium rankings, Collins has worked his way back into title contention for this career-defining moment.

Standing in his way is reigning champion Dam Parunchai, who first captured the title on March 2, 2024, defeating Petchongchai. Since then, the Thai champion has successfully defended the belt three times, most recently securing a unanimous decision victory over Rangkhao Wor.Sangprapai on February 14, 2026 at Rajadamnern World Series.
This historic title fight has been added as one of the featured “superfights” on a stacked RWS Muay Thai card, which will showcase three major matchups on the night. The lineup also includes a highly anticipated trilogy bout between Petchmorakot vs Thananchai 3 for the Rajadamnern Middleweight Title, as well as an international clash between Daniel Rodriguez and Hercules for the Rajadamnern Super Welterweight Title.
With multiple Rajadamnern titles on the line, the event shapes as one of the biggest nights of Muay Thai in 2026, with Collins’ title challenge sitting amongst the sport’s elite.
Rajadamnern Stadium remains one of the most iconic venues in Muay Thai, alongside Lumpinee Stadium, and has long been considered the pinnacle of the sport. Winning a Rajadamnern Stadium title places fighters among the elite names in Muay Thai history, with champions recognised globally for competing at the highest level in Thailand. For an Australian fighter, capturing a title at Rajadamnern would represent a landmark achievement for the nation’s presence on the international Muay Thai stage.
A victory for Collins would not only secure him the Rajadamnern Stadium title, but also mark a historic milestone for Australian Muay Thai, cementing his legacy as one of the country’s greatest fighters. Collins has built his reputation competing internationally, representing Australia across Asia against high-level opposition. His aggressive style, combined with sharp technical striking and ring IQ, has made him a standout figure among Australian fighters competing overseas. Now aligned with the RISE Kickboxing promotion, Collins continues to test himself against world-class opponents, with this upcoming bout marking the biggest opportunity of his career.
The first Australian to challenge for a Rajadamnern Stadium title was Devina Martin, who competed for the Minimumweight championship against Mongkutpetch on February 21. Despite a strong performance, Martin fell short, suffering a decision loss in her historic bid.
RWS Muay Thai has quickly become one of the leading platforms in the sport, showcasing elite talent at Rajadamnern Stadium to a global audience. With international fighters regularly featured on the promotion, Collins’ inclusion in a title bout highlights his standing among the top contenders in the division.
All eyes now turn to Rajadamnern Stadium in Bangkok on April 18, as Chadd Collins looks to seize his moment and become the first Australian male Rajadamnern Stadium champion.
