Former WBC Middleweight Champion Jaxon Hayman also enjoyed success moving up in weight, capturing the vacant WBC Australian Light Heavyweight Title with a composed decision win over Sydney’s Dion Beattie. The victory marks Hayman as a two-time WBC Australian champion across multiple divisions.
In a landmark moment for Australian women’s Muay Thai, Canberra’s Tilly “The Dog” Bell became the first ever WBC National Light Heavyweight Champion, stopping Queensland’s Jasmine Lalor via third-round TKO. The victory etched Bell’s name into the record books and marked a significant milestone for the division.
The undercard delivered consistent action throughout the evening, highlighted by a statement knockout from Sean Minty and a series of competitive matchups showcasing the depth of emerging Australian talent.
