In the main event, Australia’s reigning WBC World Light Heavyweight Champion Charlie “Smiling Assassin” Bubb successfully defended his belt for the second time with a dominant performance over England’s WMO World Champion Daniel Bonner. Bubb controlled the pace across five rounds, with scorecards reading 50-43, 50-45, 50-45, cementing his place at the top of the division.
Post-fight, Bubb announced plans to move up to Cruiserweight in 2026 with sights set on a world title clash against current WBC Champion Chip Pollard.
In the co-main event, WBC World #1 Katie Rose Mitchell returned home in spectacular fashion, stopping Germany’s Brit Weirich via third-round TKO after a slicing elbow opened a cut that ended the contest. Mitchell now has her eyes firmly set on the vacant WBC World Lightweight Title.
Local standout James Kostic continued his rise, defeating Thailand’s Wanpetlek FA Group in a high-paced technical battle that showcased his evolution and composure on the big stage.
The WBC NSW Super Lightweight Title bout between Moey “187” Dahlan and Argentina’s Andy Mera lived up to expectations. After four action-packed rounds, Dahlan secured a stoppage win in the fifth, claiming the state title in emphatic fashion.
