1774 Muay Thai 14 Results: Moey Dahlan New Australian Champion

The 1774 Muay Thai Series 14 delivered fireworks in Sydney last night as the William Inglis Hotel played host to an action-packed card featuring top Australian and international talent.

In the main event, Thailand’s Wanchaloem continued his dominant run, scoring a fourth-round TKO via the three-knockdown rule after devastating the leg of New Zealand’s Lucas McAdam to capture the 1774 Stadium Belt.

The co-main event lived up to all expectations as Moey “187” Dahlan and Jack Matthews went to war for the WBC Australian Super Lightweight Title. After five brutal rounds filled with heavy exchanges and blood, Dahlan earned a unanimous decision victory, becoming the new WBC Australian Champion and locking in a strong case for 2025 Fight of the Year.

Performance of the night went to Bailey Collins of Machete Muay Thai, who put on a clinic against Fahed Haidar, dominating over five rounds to claim the WBC NSW State Super Bantamweight Title. Collins now has his sights set on Kenta Sawa’s Australian belt next.

In another standout bout, Ambrose Adelaide secured a unanimous decision win over Abraam Serg to claim the WBC NSW State Super Middleweight Title after a thrilling back-and-forth contest.
