Undisputed Thai Boxing 2: EVENT RECAP
Saturday night saw the return of Undisputed Thai Boxing, spotlighting Queensland’s Muay Thai talent. In the main event, Andy Juniku of Modern Warrior Gym emerged victorious against Ethan Armitage after five rounds, claiming the vacant WMO Australian Welterweight Title.
The semi-main event featured Boonchu Gym’s Dyllan Mungcal, who maintained his perfect record, moving to 6-0 with a flawless victory over Modern Warrior Gym’s Shabaaz Khan.
Hanuman Muay Thai’s Jak Rishworth secured back-to-back wins within two weeks by defeating Modern Warrior Gym’s Cooper Monley.
The Fight of the Night honors went to the international matchup between Australia’s Lachlan McGrotty and the UK’s Izack Watson. The bout went back and forth over five rounds, with Watson ultimately taking home the victory.
